To enhance the learning in the classroom we often go on trips to local places, buildings or historical sites. The children’s excitement on these occasions always enriches the visit.
Saturn Trip to Caerleon
We visited Caerleon. We looked at the Roman Baths, visited a Roman Amphitheatre, visited some Roman Barracks, looked at some artefacts in the Museum, tried on some replica Roman armour and even visited a Roman school.

Voyager’s Trip to SS Great Britain
Voyager visited the SS Great Britain. We learnt all about Brunel and the creation of the ship. We had the opportunity to use tools to ‘build’ part of the ship and dressed up for the launch party. We also had a tour of the ship. It was a great day!
Bristol Aquarium and M Shed Trip
Voyager had a great trip to the Aquarium and M Shed. We had a great tour and even got to feed some fish at the Aquarium.
