Take a look at our work and displays. Our Working walls help us learn – the content builds as the term progresses. See how our skills develop over the course of the academic year.
Today Mercury class went on a walk to an area in their own local environment – St George’s Park. We wanted to think about the nature and pollution which was located and to talk about ways in which we could improve the park.
In particular, we explored four areas in St George’s Park – the pond, skatepark, flower beds and bushes. We looked for litter and sign of damage alongside nature and the growth of plants and trees.
Within our groups, we recorded our findings through vocabulary and pictorial representations.
We had a fantastic day visiting St George’s Park and hope to help maintain its great environment!
